1. Agreement

By accessing Mondelearn ("Platform"), operated by Mondelearn Ltd. with headquarters in Accra, Ghana, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Services

Mondelearn provides online learning services including courses, assessments, assignments, and level-based access. Fees are charged per learning level unless otherwise stated.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and maintain the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Payments

Level unlock fees are one-time charges processed securely via Paystack. Access is granted upon successful payment verification. See our Refund Policy for refund eligibility.

5. Intellectual Property

All course content, materials, and platform software are owned by Mondelearn or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, or resell content without written permission.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, our Learner Code of Conduct, or applicable law.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Accra, Ghana.
