ROBOTICS & SMART SYSTEMS Don't Just Study Robots. Learn to Think Like an Engineer Build Intelligent Machines. Solve Real-World Problems. How do machines sense their environments, process information and respond? How can engineering and technology help solve problems in our schools, homes, farms and communities? MondeLearn's Robotics & Smart Systems program is a four-week, pre-university learning experience that introduces students to robotics, electronics, sensors, automation, programming logic and intelligent systems. Through guided lessons, practical experiments, accessible simulations and project-based learning, students discover how physical and digital components work together. They learn to define problems, design system diagrams, develop control logic, test their ideas and improve their solutions using evidence. Students can follow a simulation-based learning route or work with suitable educational hardware. Both routes follow the same learning outcomes and assessment standards, making practical engineering education more accessible. The experience culminates in a student-designed smart-system project. Each learner documents the design, demonstrates the prototype or simulation, records test results and presents what they have learned. Beyond the technical experience, MondeLearn introduces students to university pathways in robotics, mechatronics, electrical engineering, computer engineering, mechanical engineering and related disciplines. Students and parents can explore degree options, investigate admission requirements and discuss their next steps with a MondeLearn University Pathway Advisor. WHAT YOU WILL LEARN - Engineering and systems foundations - Electronics, sensors and actuators - Robotics and embedded systems concepts - Algorithms, programming logic and control - Prototype design, simulation and testing - Troubleshooting, safety and technical documentation - Engineering project presentation - University and career pathway exploration THE MONDELEARN LEARNING JOURNEY MASTER → OPEN → NAVIGATE → DEVELOP → EXPLORE WHAT YOU WILL CREATE A student-designed smart-system prototype or simulation, supported by a system diagram, control logic, test results, project report and presentation.
